LearningTour — Serge de Beer

AI agents that learn, make and measure.

I help organisations optimise how their people learn and perform, strengthen their media production, and evaluate their AI properly. Three product lines, one principle: agents do the work, people stay in charge.

How I work

From question to working agent.

No months of groundwork before anything is visible. We work in short steps, with your own material, measuring along the way whether it is actually getting better.

  1. 1

    Get it sharp

We start with the work itself: what needs to improve, for whom, and how will you know it worked? Without that question, any agent is a gamble.

  2. 2

    Build small

Within weeks something is running on your own material. Not a demo on invented data, but a version your colleagues can use.

  3. 3

    Measure and adjust

What the agent does is recorded and scored against a fixed profile. So you know whether it is improving, not just whether it looks impressive.

  4. 4

    Hand it over

Your organisation runs and extends it. I hand over the keys and do not build in dependency.

About

Serge de Beer

I work where learning, technology and media meet. Where others stall at the experiment stage, I build applications that make it into daily work and stay there.

My background is in education and in media production. That combination shapes how I look at AI: not as a demo, but as something you design, train and assess the way you would with people.

Wondering what agents could do in your organisation?

Send a message describing what is going on. You will get a concrete answer about what is and is not realistic — not a sales pitch.
